Everything can also be controlled remotely from your table or smartphone. Working late and want to turn the light on for your pet? Not a problem. It can be done from anywhere. Timers can also be set for your lights and outlets to turn things on and off to coordinate with your schedule. Why the Smart Renters Package?

The smart devices in this ultrHA package were carefully chosen with you, the renter, in mind. We made sure there are a variety of removable smart devices that make sense and integrate together. The following are ways the Renter’s Package work.

Safety – The smart door hinge is a discreet z-wave enabled device. If a former tenant, your landlord without your permission, or anyone enters you will be immediately alerted. Also included is a motion sensor that will trigger your lights for convenience and safety. A recommended safety addition for those who live on the first floor are smart window sensors, which like the door hinge, will alert you if there is an unwanted visitor.

Voice Control of Lights and Outlets – Echo Dot adds the element of voice control to this package. Turn your lights television and entertainment systems on and off with the command of your voice. The Echo Dot can also add things to your calendar, put items on your shopping list, read you recipes when your hands are full of meat loaf mixture, tell you the weather, news updates, jokes and so much more!

Echo Dot is here to serve at the command of your voice.

2 smart switch plugs are removable smart outlets. What you plug in to them can now be controlled by your voice, smartphone or tablet.

A lamp dimmer module is so you have the ability to control and dim your lights even by voice.

4 Phillips Hue or Lifx smart color bulbs are included.

A Z-Wave powerstrip will help you keep those energy vampires in check and save energy.

The hinge pin door sensor will alert you if you have any unwanted visitors.

A Logitech Harmony Hub is to control your entertainment system and television by voice, smartphone or tablet.
